The coaching process begins by looking at what is causing you the most suffering or distress and learning how to meet and understand those symptoms or behaviors rather than fighting them or wanting to get rid of them. When we learn to understand the message behind the symptom, or the energy that drives the behavior we can make changes more easily and sustainably. This is a very Feminine approach to healing.

My role is to help you meet these issues from a new embodied  perspective, and tap into the power of the Feminine. Your issues can then become a doorway to connect to yourself and your body in a deeper, more intimate way.

Empath Training

Who can benefit from Empath Training?


Anyone who:

  • Feels overly sensitive to other people's emotions or feels them as their own
  • Gets easily overwhelmed in crowded public places
  • Has been labeled as "too sensitive"
  • Uses food or other substances to avoid feeling so much
  • Is constantly or easily fatigued from unknowingly taking on other people's energy
  • Has chronic back issues or digestive issues
  • Is prone to mood swings when they have taken on too much negative energy from others

Anyone who wants to understand their own energy field and learn how to become a skilled empath can benefit.

An Empath is someone that can feel others' emotions as if they were their own. It's an automatic, often unconscious process in which you intimately connect with another person's energy field. If you are not aware that you are wired like this, it can be overstimulating. In an attempt to feel safe and grounded, or even just numb out from the onslaught of energy, many empaths use food or other compulsions as a way to feel better. Once you become more aware of this gift, you can choose a more effective means of managing your energy and release what is not yours.

I help guide Empaths into a deeper and fuller understanding of their gifts and give them tools to manage and engage with energy in ways that are conducive to their health and their desires.

Holistic Personal Training

Who can benefit from Personal Training?

Anyone who:
  • Wants to improve their overall fitness level including strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness 
  • Is new to exercise and wants to be educated on proper technique and alignment
  • Wants support, accountability and consistency in an exercise program
  • Has been working out for a while and wants to break through plateaus by introducing their body to a variety of new exercises and refreshing new routines
  • Wants a program tailored to their body's individual needs

Anyone who yearns to feel the aliveness and strength of their own body can benefit.


The best way to understand, listen to, and love your body is to be in your body. Exercise is a powerful form of embodiment. I work with my clients on feeling their body while exercising, and moving past perceived limitations of their mind.
In our culture, so much of fitness is about information and rules, which keeps us in our heads. My training sessions are designed to help people connect with their bodies and learn to process intensity in ways that feel empowering.

I specialize in Resistance Training, Balance and Core Integration, Flexibility Training, Weight Loss and Weight Management, and Beginner Fitness.
